Only authorized licensees of FarSuperior Partners, LLC may display or use a FarSuperior service mark, trade name or the images, logos, marks of the company and only under the strict provisions of the written licensing agreement between the parties.

No use of similar names, domains, businesses or other entities that bear names which may be mistaken by consumers as being related to the FarSuperior brand and Trade Name is acceptable in any fashion and will be dealt with through the legal channels.
